George Lombard has been a registered migration agent for 20 years. He has undertaken extensive training and CPD activities for the MIA since 2003 and has been active on the MIA forums since 2005. A former Legal Officer with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, he has also worked in the General Counsel area of the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department as well as serving as a Social Security Appeals Tribunal Member.
George has played an active role in a number of significant social issues, including working as a Consultant for the Australian Council for Overseas Aid.
George has also made a number of publications in ‘The Canberra Times’ regarding Australia’s migration policies in the past.
In 1985 he was admitted to the roll of Barristers of the Supreme Court of New South Wales . He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 1987. However George is not currently practising as a lawyer.
George graduated with Honours in Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and Graduate Diploma in Public Law in 1989.
George is devoted to improved information flows between the Department and Migration Advice Industry.

Alice first joined George Lombard Consultancy as a law student ten years ago. Since then, she has pursued other areas of law before returning to Immigration Law in early 2020. In her time away from our office, Alice gained valuable experience as a litigation lawyer with a Sydney based mid-tier law firm and overseas in Wellington, NZ.
Whilst Alice holds a legal practising certificate from the NSW Law Society, her role at George Lombard Consultancy is selectively provided as a dedicated migration agent.
Alice is passionate about helping employers navigate Immigration Law in Australia to allow them to hire the best candidate for the role. She believes that Australian employers should have access to highly skilled and experienced candidates from all over the world.
As a migrant herself, Alice understands the stress involved with moving countries and seeks to make the immigration process as easy as possible for our clients.

Aleksandra graduated from Macquarie University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, Politics and International Relations and has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2018.
Aleksandra joined George Lombard Consultancy in 2020 and has been a part of the Private and Corporate Client team predominantly dealing with health waivers. Prior to joining the agency, Aleksandra worked in the employ of one of Australia’s leading life insurers bringing with her a wealth of experience within the area of medical advocacy. Aleksandra also has a passion for ensuring business needs are met through skilled migration.
Having spent a significant amount of time studying and living overseas, Aleksandra speaks fluent Serbian and Croatian. Aleksandra loves working closely with her clients and derives great satisfaction from providing the best possible service and realising their successes.

Shraddha completed a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law from Western Sydney University and successfully completed the Migration Capstone Assessment from the College of Law which has a passing rate of less than twenty percent.
Shraddha joined George Lombard Consultancy in 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge about Australian Migration Law. Her expertise in Ministerial Intervention, Resident Return Visa, and Family visa in general is of great asset to the company. Being an immigrant herself she understands the frustration when navigating through the Australian immigration system without a proper guidance which motivated her to become a migration agent.
Shraddha speaks Hindi, Nepalese and Urdu.
